Refund policy

Notice

Due to the handmade nature, some variation in dimension and color might occur with products.

Products are microwave and dishwasher-safe, though I recommend hand washing. I recommend using gentle, environmentally-friendly detergents. Avoid temperature shock by heating things slowly, evenly, and carefully.

Returns

Products received broken or chipped upon arrival may be returned or exchanged for another piece.

You must send a request within 5 days of receiving the products to initiate a return. 

Products marked as "seconds" may not be returned after purchase. These products are on sale due to imperfections or overstock and are final sale.

Refunds

Refunds are offered to customers dissatisfied with their purchase within 15 days of receiving the product.

I must be notified within 5 days of receiving the product if the product is damaged. I will not offer refunds to products damaged if I have not been notified within 5 days.
